Founded in 1993, Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối’s mission is to empower Vietnamese-Americans’ social adjustment, family stability and self-sufficiency, while nurturing community service and cultivating young leaders.

Helping Link builds local Vietnamese-American community power by strengthening families, increasing self-sufficiency and facilitating access to resources and decision-makers. We provide Vietnamese immigrants and refugees with English as a Second Language (ESL), technology and citizenship classes, interpretation/translation, health information, referral to resources and advocacy. All of this is done while balancing tradition and modernity amongst Vietnamese and American cultures.
